In order to purchase products from the Website, you will need to create a Sportsmart account prior to making a purchase. You must also create a Sportsmart account to engage with the Sportsmart community to make comments on our Website.

Pricing and GST
All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel you order or parts of your order before the order is dispatched by Sportsmart.
Sportsmart will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee.
However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order.
Sportsmart also reserves the right to cancel your order if:
- You provide an unauthorised credit card
- We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
- You provide invalid personal details
- The product has become unavailable
Sportsmart will notify you before cancelling your order.
Suspension, Termination and Effect of Termination
If you breach these terms and conditions, Sportsmart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website.
If you are awaiting delivery of products, Sportsmart reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.
Delivery
Sportsmart delivers within Australia & Internationally.
Sportsmart will make best efforts to dispatch products within 3 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process.
Sportsmart will use best efforts to meet the indicated delivery time.
The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If you are not home when the courier delivers your product, your product will be dropped off at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. Returns Policy
You may return a product purchased at Sportsmart for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You are liable for the postage cost of returning products purchased. The product must returned in new and unused condition. All packaging must be in the new and undamaged condition that it was sent to you. You may be liable for return postage costs should the product (including packaging) is returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition. Sportsmart uses vouchers for promotional purposes from time to time. Vouchers are in AUD, attached to minimum order amounts pre discounts in AUD incl. GST and validity dates as specified on the promotional material or on the promotional landing page or otherwise the vouchers are valid for 30 days. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible. The vouchers are a "one time" offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product quantity or brand. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout on Sportsmart.com.au and by clicking "Apply Coupon". By submitting your email address on the promotional pages on Sportsmart.com.au you agree to receive our Sportsmart newsletter with updates on new arrivals.
